1. Information we collect

Payday CF may collect the following information when you use the service:

• Account identifiers and profile information provided by your authentication provider, such as your email address, name, profile image, and authentication ID.
• Budget information you enter, including budgets, income, bills, due dates, categories, debt details, payments, balances, savings transfers, notes, and planning adjustments.
• Optional statements or other files you choose to upload.
• Device push-token information when you enable bill reminders.
• Routine technical information processed by hosting, authentication, storage, and security providers, such as request logs and timestamps.

2. How we use information

We use information to:

• Create and secure your account.
• Calculate pay-window cash flow, hold-over suggestions, savings projections, debt estimates, and other analysis.
• Save, synchronize, and display your budgets across signed-in devices.
• Enable budget sharing with people you invite.
• Deliver bill-due reminders when you enable them.
• Respond to support requests, prevent abuse, maintain the service, and comply with applicable law.

3. How we share information

Elucidatix does not sell or rent personal information.

We may share information as needed with:

• Authentication providers.
• Cloud hosting and database providers.
• File-storage providers for optional uploaded statements.
• Push-notification infrastructure when reminders are enabled.
• People you explicitly invite to a shared budget.

We may also disclose information when required by law, when needed to protect safety or security, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets.

4. Your choices and rights

You can review and edit most budget information in the app, stop bill reminders through in-app controls or your device settings, and choose not to upload optional files.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by emailing info@elucidatix.com. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request. Limited information may be retained for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or recordkeeping purposes.

5. Retention and security

We retain information as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain account history, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and meet legal obligations.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect information. However, no internet service can guarantee absolute security.

6. Children’s privacy

Payday CF is not directed to children under 13. Elucidatix does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

7. Third-party services

Payday CF relies on third-party services for authentication, hosting, database operations, file storage, and optional push notifications. Those providers process information under their own privacy policies and agreements.

Payday CF does not receive or store your authentication password in its budgeting database.

8. Changes to this policy

Elucidatix may update this policy from time to time. We will update the effective date and publish revisions at this same /privacy-policy URL.
